A little outdoor design inspiration to get us through a cold, windy high desert spring: Shots of Rebecca Cole's award winning booth at both the Seattle and San Francisco Garden Shows.

Cole went all out on this garden design, appropriately named Sky's the Limit. For more photos of the complete (rooftop) garden, see here.  

One of my favorite elements is the sedum planted beneath the steel and glass table.  Not to mention the clever stools; storage for logs, easily accessible by lifting the seat.

The cast stone sectional sofa has built in planters. 

(Cole also designed the sofa and fabric)

Dining tables and benches utilizing the same (log) storage technique.  The table is planted at every other place setting...a living table.
