VOTE: CHANGE TO BY-LAWS - DUES STRUCTURE
Change dues from $75 for Designers & $150 for Associate Members to one flat rate of $100. Change from Quarterly pro-rates to Bi-Annual. Beginning April 1st 2012.

VOTE: AMENDMENT TO BY-LAWS –
Dues waived for board members who serve their full term. (Terms are 2 years). Beginning with current Board for remainder and future terms served. No credits will be given for terms already served.

(This one was heavily discussed at the meeting, and it seems that more people were comfortable having the dues be reimbursed at the end of the term, as opposed to waived.)
