Pinnacle Open House

I'd like to extend an invitation to HDDC members to attend an open house Friday for one of our recently finished projects. It's short notice, but this project is really neat! The Crest Butte Apartments is a recently completed 52-unit USDA Rural Development Multifamily Housing acquisition/rehabilitation project. The project underwent a significant rehabilitation including all new exterior envelopes on each building (new roofing, siding, windows and doors), new steel stairways and architectural enhancements. The interior of each unit, including flooring, cabinetry, fixtures and appliances, was completely replaced and new landscaping and a state of the art playground and fall surface was installed. The total construction cost was about $3 million with funding coming from Oregon Housing and Community Services programs, USDA Rural Development, the ARRA Tax Credit Exchange Program and US Bank.
